Job Description
The Team:
The Solution Consulting Department within the General HR Platform is responsible for delivering HR innovation opportunities and holistic HRIS advisory to the entire organization, promoting and inspiring new solutions with the use of latest new HR technologies. As a consulting team, we are also responsible to implement and deliver solutions to our customers and establish/transferring BAU capabilities for smooth operations.
Job Purpose:
As Intern in the Technology Architecture, Sustainability and Development Frameworks team you will learn how our different products in Workday as well as related systems are set up and can be enhanced/changed as part of our service scope. You will also learn how our internal processes and governance works.
After going through the onboarding trainings, you will join different project teams and learn hands on as well as having opportunities to try and create features by yourself.
Key Responsibilites:
- Assist the consultants on providing innovative solutions to the business requirements. Provide advice, support and maintain system related business processes. Design, implement and test system changes.
- Understand security and access framework, configure access, investigate issues, support improvements and upgrades.
- Support on Basic Dovetail Cases/Questions from HR Community.
- Support with system enhancements, upgrades and releases of HRIS system.
- Mass upload data changes, as required.
- Attend Architecture and Design sessions.
- Support implementation for projects in Workday Extend (JavaScript, API’s)
- Fully Support System Regression Testing.
- Assist on configuration of the system, building and creation of reports and dashboards, create and maintain integrations with other systems, and manage access.
- Support automation initiatives and Artificial Intelligence use cases within the HR technology ecosystem.

- Key QUALIFICATIONS_
- Studying Engineer degree
- Advanced English is a must
- Good communication skills are required
