About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate (Fixed-Term Contract) at Bunge, you will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE). Based in our vibrant Barcelona office (St Just Desvern), you will support recruitment efforts across Southern Europe, including our headquarters in Sant Just Desvern, plants in Barcelona, Bilbao, and Cartagena, as well as France and Italy. This role offers the opportunity to engage in diverse local, regional, and global talent initiatives.
You will provide comprehensive full-cycle recruitment support to candidates, HR partners, and hiring managers. Beyond daily recruitment activities, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of recruitment optimization processes, leveraging industry best practices and responding to evolving business needs. You will also have the chance to participate in exciting projects focused on areas such as Internal Mobility, Referral Programs, Onboarding, Employer Branding, University Recruitment, Talent Community development, and continuous improvement of our recruitment technology and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Actively support daily talent acquisition operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new talent acquisition projects, processes, and systems.
Partner closely with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology).
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
A genuine interest in working and interacting with diverse cultures and countries.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a recruitment or agency role is a plus.
Knowledge of other European languages is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
