This role is key to strengthening Centauro’s brand positioning, accelerating both B2C and B2B demand, optimizing digital channels, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all markets where we operate. The selected candidate will lead all marketing and communication initiatives, working cross functionally with Revenue, Sales, Digital, Customer Experience, and Operations to support sustainable growth and deliver an excellent customer journey. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute the general marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency across markets and developing positioning, storytelling, and activation initiatives that strengthen Centauro’s differentiation. /li liLead 360º growth driven campaigns, optimizing the full digital funnel with the Marketing Growth Manager through SEO, SEM, affiliates, paid social, marketplaces, owned media, and strategic partnerships to drive demand and improve CLV. /li liOversee CRM, automation, and customer experience, designing customer journeys and applying advanced analytics and attribution models to enhance acquisition, conversion, and retention. /li liCollaborate with Revenue Management and Partnerships, aligning commercial communication, pricing, elasticity analysis, and co‑branded or joint campaigns to maximize profitability. /li liManage performance, partners, and team development, monitoring key KPIs (digital performance, sales contribution, brand health, ROI), coordinating agencies and technology providers, and leading a high performing marketing team focused on innovation and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Requisitos mínimos /h3 ul liProven experience designing and executing integrated marketing strategies in B2C and/or B2B environments with a strong digital component. /li li7+ years of experience in marketing roles within mobility, automotive, tourism, car rental, or related sectors. /li liAdvanced expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic, email marketing, CRO, and web analytics. /li liExperience in brand management, repositioning initiatives, and 360º creative campaigns. /li liStrong analytical mindset with solid knowledge of commercial and marketing KPIs and a data driven approach. /li liDemonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and experience managing projects in high growth environments. /li liProficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfort working with cloud based and analytical ecosystems. /li liBachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or executive training preferred). /li liLanguages: English fluency required; proficiency in Italian or Spanish is an advantage. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and performance‑based incentives. /li liOpportunity to shape the future of mobility and automotive services. /li liCollaborative and innovative work environment. /li liFlexible working hours. /liliContinuous training and development. /li liClear opportunities for professional growth within the company. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
