With around 27,000 permanent employees, we have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries. /p pb About the Role /b /p p As an b Automation Robotics Engineer /b, you will report to the maintenance team leader and you will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and automation systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and solving technical issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Working closely with other departments and supervising external contractors when needed, you will contribute to industrialization and engineering projects while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. /p pb In this position, the manager will be responsible for: /b /p ulli Provide technical support to production, including troubleshooting functional anomalies and monitoring machine performance. /lili Diagnose and repair electrical and electromechanical systems. /lili Propose, analyze, and/or execute projects and improvement plans, ensuring the availability of the necessary human and material resources. /lili Conduct equipment obsolescence analysis and plan replacements when required. /lili Suggest continuous improvement initiatives within the role’s scope as well as for the plant overall. /lili Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the assigned area of responsibility. /lili Collaborate in industrialization and engineering projects with other departments. /lili Supervise external contractors in relation to the functions described above. /lili Focus on preventive maintenance and root cause analysis; design preventive/predictive maintenance plans and monitor related KPIs. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /p ulli Degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering or a related field. /lili Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles within industrial and Lean environments. /lili Proven experience in process automation. /lili Hands-on experience in PLC programming (Rockwell), SCADA systems (Rockwell), and communication protocols. /lili Experience with robotics (ABB and Fanuc) and machine vision systems. /lili Solid knowledge of electricity. /lili Programming skills in Visual Basic. /lili Advanced user of MS Office (particularly Excel). /lili Fluent in English. /lili Postgraduate studies in Automation Robotics or related fields will be considered a plus, as well as experience with SAP, AutoCAD, and EPlan. /li /ul pb Nice to have /b /p ulli Knowledge on ISO 14001, IATF /li /ul pb What we offer /b /p ulli The opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic environment /lili Competitive salary + variable compensation /lili Flexible working hours /lili Life insurance provided by company /lili Optional medical insurance managed by company /lili Meal benefits (canteen) /li /ul
