HR PROCESS MANAGER (m/w/d)
* Manage, control, and report on local HR systems (Zucchetti & HR1 / Pep).
* Support onboarding and exit processes for employees.
* Assist with HR projects and handle HR-related administrative tasks.
* Responsible for the internal goal-setting process (OKR) in the Products and Services (P&S) sector in Europe.
* Support the Voith Paper P&S team in Europe to ensure effective use of OKRs for strategic alignment and achieving targets.
* Facilitate the introduction, implementation, and optimization of the OKR process by providing training, supporting the OKR cycle, and aiding in implementing corporate strategy via OKRs.
* Collaborate with teams and leaders to define challenging, measurable, and time-bound OKRs.
Your profile
* Ideally, hold a degree in business administration, economics, or social sciences.
* Experience with standardized project management methods, agile tools, and similar approaches.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent coaching and conflict management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchy and stakeholders.
* Analytical, conceptual skills, quick comprehension, with a business-oriented mindset and a thorough understanding of complex issues.
