Your role in our mission :
* Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
* Researching prospects and generating leads.
* Contacting potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person.
* Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
* Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
* Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
* Building and maintaining a CRM database.
* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Participating in sales team meetings.
Valued skills and experience :
* A strong track record in account management, especially with major global Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance customers.
* Significant experience in solution sales, with the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
* Exceptional verbal and presentation communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at the senior level.
* A solid understanding of the global business environment.
* Experience in selling complex solutions to large organizations.
* A proven ability to establish and maintain relationships at the C-level.
* Fluent in both English and Spanish.
