Overview – Basic Function of the Role
Responsible for the commissioning of DTA machines, including support in final electrical and hydraulic assembly, machine parameterization, initial start‑up, and continuous improvement. Ensures proper operation and safety of the machines before they enter the testing phase.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with machine startup in the workshop.
- Support production teams with PLC and sensor parameterization.
- Help detect wiring errors during assembly.
- Participate in machine assembly processes.
- Assist with machine testing procedures.

Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of Automation/Robotics.
- Knowledge of PLC programming using Codesys/TIA Portal (basic, at the code reading level).
- Knowledge of industrial networks: CANopen/PROFINET.
- Industrial Wifi deployments.
- Occupational Risk Prevention (OHP) and a safety‑focused approach.
- Electrical qualifications, including interpretation of electrical diagrams and simple low‑voltage assembly.
- Interpretation of Hydraulic Diagrams.
Habilidades y competencias
- Conocimientos de Automatización /Robótica.
- Conocimientos de programación de PLC sobre Codesys /TIA Portal (básico, a nivel de lectura de código).
- Conocimientos de redes industriales: CANopen/PROFINET.
- Despliegues Wi‑Fi industrial.

- Habilitación eléctrica, a nivel de interpretación de esquema eléctricos y montaje sencillo de baja tensión.

- Advanced Vocational Training Degree – Industrial Automation and Robotics.
