Job Description:
This position is responsible for achieving sales objectives, volume and profit, through supporting sales teams in Europe. Key goal is to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth by executing a sales strategy that aligns with customer needs for products and services. Reports directly to and works with the KAM Lead responsible for driving growth to the business managing categories with all sales teams in Europe. This position requires high level of teamwork and cross – functional leadership. Also, a proactive and innovative spirit will be key for success. Direct contact with clients at different levels is expected. Good communication skills and efficient networking will have to happen to be able to present ideas and concepts. Success of this position will be measured by delivering initiatives with impact in volume and VI, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively contributing to the business growth.Key role and responsibilities:
Leads improvement and development projects within Schreiber’s organization in order to achieve volume and VI growth agreed upon goals. Aligns with relevant sales leaders in Europe according to the customer. Coordinates cross functional project teams with support of the leaders.Develops customer relationships within customer organizations alongside with sales leaders:
buyers and marketing / prescription. Understands the customer’s needs for growth and proposes individual and team goals to ensure a strong partnership. Maintains the right visibility by the customers of our quality improvements and product development.
Maintains excellent understanding of our products:
competitors, retailers ranges, shelf price, listings de-listings, quality and sales prices, in order to be a market specialist. In alignment with marketing teams, proposes improvement strategies on his categories, in order achieve profitable growth with customers.
Key ingredients:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
6+ years of experience in Food & Beverages Industry (FMCG environment)
English fluency is required. Other languages will be considered as a plus.
Emotional intelligence, always learning, disciplined, continuous improvement, enterprise thinking and results-oriented

Travel availability up to 30% (on annual basis)
