We are looking for an Office assistant, where you will play a vital role in our office, ensuring the optimal performance and continuing the growth for Guldmann in Spain. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work daily with innovative healthcare solutions, providing essential support to clients and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

The position is based in our office in Zaragoza.
Key responsibilities
* Managing & entering orders in M3
* Controlling the logistics from HQ to customers around in Spain
* Managing customer information, preparing quotations
* Participating in public tenders & preparing documentation for the same
* Controlling incoming/outgoing payments and preparing the monthly closingProviding excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns professionally
Requirements
* University diploma or equivalent required
* Proven experience in a similar office position, preferably in the healthcare/medical equipment sector (not a requirement but desirable)
* Experience with public tenders in Spain
* Customer and goal orientation
* Self-driven & proactive
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and keep focus
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
* Fluent in Spanish and English. French/Italian an advantage
* Digital skills including the Office package etc.
