Our client, a large global manufacturer of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, is seeking a Sales Manager On-Site Projects (m/f/d) to join their central sales team.

Responsibilities
* Acquire On-Site Projects, including cryogenic nitrogen generators, PSA- and membrane plants, and hydrogen plants (SMR and Electrolyzer).
* Monitor market and competitors, maintaining a database within the CRM system.
* Develop on-site plant concepts in collaboration with the engineering division.
* Prepare presentations and draft bids for Group companies and regional subsidiaries.
* Provide training sessions for the sales teams of subsidiaries, focusing on On-site acquisition.
* Review and develop the Group’s sales strategy for the On-site portfolio, ensuring contract compliance and continuous process improvement.
Candidate Profile
* Academic degree in Engineering with strong business acumen; investment calculation skills are a plus.
* Minimum three years of sales development experience and one year of project management experience.
* Experience in an international environment and working with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and open-minded.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Business fluency in English; German is a plus.
* Willingness to travel approximately 30-40%.
