PWe are looking for an bEvent Coordinator Assistant /b to support our premium retreat business. In this role, you will work closely with the retreat lead and assist manage all aspects of our retreat operations, from participant onboarding to event coordination and customer communications. We are seeking someone highly organized, service-oriented, and eager to develop into a leadership role in the future. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppb1) Online and onsite event coordination /b, including retreat planning, budget management, vendor relations, production and design oversight, on-site coordination, and team and client support throughout the retreat. Frequent travel is part of this role (e.g. every month, 5 days) /ppbr/ppb2) Sales support and client communication: /bAssist with handling client inquiries and follow-ups, and manage participant onboarding, including forms, payments, and communication before, during, and after the retreat. Maintain professional communication with retreat participants, ensuring a top-tier experience that aligns with the brand’s positioning. /ppbr/ppb3) Administrative /b bwork /b such as updating databases, researching new venues and vendors, supporting public relations and social media initiatives, managing sponsors, and assisting the team with other daily tasks. /ppbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliStrong service-mentality (very customer focused) /lilib1-2 years of experience /b in event coordination, customer service, or hospitality roles. /liliFluent or bilingual in bEnglish /b (both spoken and written); bSpanish /b is a plus. /liliStrong borganizational skills /b and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. /liliExcellent communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and customer service. /liliStrong time-management skills in a remote work environment to ensure efficient results /liliLocated in Spain (being in Madrid or Barcelona is a plus!) /liliFrequent travel is part of this role. It involves trips of up to 5 days at least once per month to locations in Spain, Portugal, and the UK.
