Traffic Acquisition Specialist - Paid Media

We are seeking a Traffic Acquisition Manager - Paid Media to enhance our digital acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and Meta in multiple markets.

In this role, you'll work closely with our SEO Manager (who previously managed paid campaigns) and report directly to the CMO. Collaboration with local marketing specialists will be essential to tailor messaging and creative for each market, while maintaining a cohesive global strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

* Campaign Management:

Execute and manage paid media campaigns from start to finish on Google Ads and Meta, with a primary focus on Google. Maintain optimal budget pacing and monitor performance across geographies. Ensure proper implementation of tracking, attribution, and tagging in collaboration with IT. Manage relationships with platform partners like Google Ads and Meta.

* Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Build reports and dashboards to share insights and inform decisions. Take ownership of paid media performance with a growth mindset.

* Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies, share insights, and coordinate initiatives. Build business cases for budget increases based on performance. Present results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including C-level stakeholders. Work with local marketing teams to adapt creative assets and messaging per country. Coordinate with brand, social media, design, and CRM teams for full-funnel optimization. Ensure paid strategies support broader marketing goals and seasonal campaigns. Provide feedback on creative assets and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

* 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, with deep expertise in Google Ads.
* Proven experience managing medium to large-scale paid media budgets (over 100K/month) with clear business impact.
* Strong knowledge of performance metrics, bid strategies, audience segmentation, retargeting, etc.
* Proficiency with ad platforms, tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4), and attribution models.
* Analytical skills with Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
* Ability to present insights and recommendations confidently to senior management and C-level executives.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
* A passion for travel and digital marketing.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience working across multiple markets is a plus.

Schedule:
