This includes the creation, segmentation, and execution of campaigns, as well as reporting on our main KPIs. /p pThis will help us excel at CRM to stay ahead of the game. /p pbWhat you’ll be doing /b /p pAs part of your role, your responsibilities will include: /p ul liExecution ownership of sports CRM campaigns in Spain and LATAM /li liManaging the sports automated lifecycle, ensuring onboarding, active reactivation campaigns are being regularly optimised, tested reported on to maximise KPIs /li liOwnership of main sports loyalty programmes (Free Bet Club, Boost Tokens Price Boosts), ensuring they are regularly refined and tested to deliver against Retention Rates Player Value goals /li liOwning and executing large event-based campaigns (eg. World Cups/Euros), which are used in both acquisition retention channels /li liExecuting additional ad hoc campaigns around x-sells and sponsorship activation giveaways /li liManaging a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, in-app messaging /li liManaging content creation with the help of the creative department /li liEnsuring the Betway websites are up to date and optimised, particularly the app mobile site /li liRegular competitor analysis to better understand our positioning in the market /li /ul pThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
