Work Pattern
* Initial: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
* After progression: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote Madrid-based is required
What You’ll Do
* Run outbound outreach using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email, Phone calls (Aircall)
* Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
* Conduct short qualification conversations (≈10 minutes), by phone or Zoom
* Use approved case studies, checkup reports, and performance examples in conversations
* Book qualified meetings for senior sales and ensure strong show rates
* Join selected calls for warm introductions or higher-tier opportunities
* Keep notes, follow-ups, and lead status accurate in Monday.com
* Hit daily and monthly activity and outcome targets
* Give structured feedback to sales and marketing on messaging, assets, and lead quality
How The Role Evolves
At the start, your focus is qualification and booking.
As You Progress
* You may attend higher-tier meetings and stay on calls where useful
* With training and certification, you can begin running lower-tier consultations yourself
* Long-term progression is into a Senior BDR role and then Account Executive, based on performance, attitude, and process discipline
What We’re Looking For
* People with 1–3 years B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience
* Or motivated early-career candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to learn fast
* Fluent English with clear, confident communication
* Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound email
* Confident speaking with business owners on the phone or Zoom
* Organised, reliable, and accurate with notes and follow-ups
* Resilient and You can handle rejection without dropping standards
* Comfortable using AI tools for personalisation, prep, and follow-ups

Compensation
* Base salary: €1,400–€2,000 gross per month (experience-dependent)
* Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
* OTE: Competitive for Madrid, with clear benchmarks
Progression
* BDR → Senior BDR: as early as ~3 months for strong performers
* Senior BDR → Account Executive: typically a further 3–6 months
* Most people progress within 9–12 months if results, attitude, and process standards are met
