This is a hybrid role, based out of our Madrid office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our team, where you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and operational success.
In this role, you will continuously improve forecasting and measurement processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the scope.
You'll support operational managers and Finance business partners with in-depth P&L; and workforce analysis, providing the insights they need to achieve their objectives.
You will also manage cost models, workforce planning, and compliance with IFRS standards, delivering reliable financial information for actuals, budgets, forecasts, and investment processes.
By analyzing and interpreting KPIs, you'll help the business understand what drives results and how to optimize performance.
A strong focus on standardization and automation will allow you to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency within the finance function.
In addition, you'll actively contribute to a strong safety culture—leading by example, following safety procedures, reporting hazards, and participating in training to protect yourself and your colleagues while maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.
Requirements We're seeking a talented finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into insights.
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with previous experience in FP&A; or financial analysis.
You'll have advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting and reporting principles, and the ability to clearly communicate insights that influence business decisions.
Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with finance and business leaders to drive performance.
Experience in SaaS, financial planning and reporting tools such as Adaptive Insights or Power BI, or progress toward professional finance qualifications would be an advantage but are not required.
