Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**As an **Analyst Consultant, **you will participate on different Global Strategic and Business Projects / Initiatives of the bank, at group level in different countries to retain and develop in-house knowledge.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- Participate on strategic and transversal projects of the business with focus on implementation, monitoring and impact on results.- Preparation of strategic documents, being able to synthesize the messages and collect all the aspects of the division / department model and collaborating with different areas.- Participate on the implementation of the business in those countries where the business has no presence with the ability to analyze opportunities with an strategic mindset, managing expectations and adding value- Collaborate on the KPIs definition to monitor team project performance, and build business cases to facilitate decision making- Escalation of local models by having the initiative to identify best practices locally and bring them to the general roadmap for implementation.- Define priorities and working plan to achieve those goals agreed with the project Sponsor / Customer- Be proactive in building and developing a environment where team/project players add value, work with transparency and find constructive solutions for every problemEXPERIENCE- 1-5 years relevant experienceEDUCATION- Economics, Business Administration or EngineeringSKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- English and Spanish: high level speaking and writing is a must- Experiences abroad are desirable- Strong communication skills: both oral and written- Problem solving and analytical skills
