You support our team as
Junior Marketing Manager Consumer (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Marketing and/or (Senior) Marketing Manager in managing the product portfolio, including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go‑to‑market planning.
- Assist in the implementation of product and pricing strategies.
- Use data analytics to provide insights on consumer/shopper behavior, competitive trends, and key product benefits to strengthen brand positioning.
- Co‑lead product categories or new product launches.
- Support Key Account Management (KAM) with customer‑specific activities.
- Participate in local and international functional and cross‑functional projects (e.g., Digital, Media, NPD).
- Engage with external partners such as consumers, retail customers, and agencies to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- Up to 3 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; additional marketing software tools are a plus.
- Good English skills (written and spoken).
- Agile learner with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new concepts.
- Capable of holistic and critical thinking in complex situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Team player, comfortable working in cross‑functional and international environments.
