Overview We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to work in an international relevant partner in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities and Tasks Act as a technical reference point for software support on automotive systems (ECUs, power electronics, HV systems).
Analyze and resolve software and diagnostic incidents on vehicles in development, pre-series or production phases.
Support diagnostic activities using OBD / Scan Tools, including reading and interpreting DTCs.
Work closely with software, hardware, validation and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Ensure solutions comply with automotive standards and processes (ASPICE, AUTOSAR where applicable).
Interpret and apply technical documentation (requirements, specifications, diagnostic manuals, test reports).
Support root cause analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support and troubleshooting processes.
Mandatory Requirements Automotive, Electrical or Mechanical diploma or similar;
At least 5 years' experience working in the automotive sector;
Experience with OBD + SCANTOOL protocols;
Basic knowledge of hybrid powertrains and its critical components (engine ECU, power electronics, DCDC converter, HV-Battery, On-board-charger);
English, spoken and written is mandatory.
Complementary Requirements French is also an advantage;
Knowledge of ASPICE and AUTOSAR is a plus.
