Human Resources Business Partner

If you excel at aligning HR strategy with business goals and have a proven ability to lead across all areas of Human Resources—from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and performance management—then we’d love to meet you!
As an HRBP you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our people strategy. You’ll be responsible for implementing HR policies, driving talent development initiatives, and acting as a trusted partner for leadership and employees alike. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience that supports both individual growth and organizational success. Fluency in English is essential (will be assessed).

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding :
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding.
* Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and extend employment offers.
* Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and all documentation is completed.
* Support the salary review and bonus planning processes.
* Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related employee queries.
* Manage employee absences, holiday tracking, and related platforms.
* Handle documentation for sick leaves, leaves of absence, and terminations.
* Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Employee Relations & Support :
1. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance.
2. Support conflict resolution and ensure a positive work environment.
Performance & Development :
3. Coordinate and support performance review cycles and development plans.
4. Drive initiatives to improve feedback culture and individual growth.
Internal Communication & Engagement :
5. Strengthen internal communication channels and promote team engagement.
6. Encourage active participation in company initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Retention & Offboarding :
7. Implement strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
8. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to inform retention strategies.
Qualifications :
9. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
10. Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
11. Strong organizational and communication skills.
12. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
