About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable, multidisciplinary Full Stack Engineer to work directly with senior leadership on building next-generation AI-powered platforms for global impact .
This is not a typical engineering role.
You will act as a force multiplier and technical right hand, helping design, build, and operate systems across:
* Cloud infrastructure
* AI/LLM-powered applications
* Agentic workflows and automation systems
* Real-world products used by NGOs and global organizations
You will be working on cutting-edge problems at the intersection of AI, fintech, and transparency in humanitarian aid .
What You’ll Do
* Design and build full-stack applications (frontend + backend + infra)
* Maintain and evolve cloud-native environments (edge-first where possible)
* Develop and orchestrate AI agents and LLM-based systems
* Integrate APIs including OpenAI and other model providers
* Contribute to an evolving agentic development workflow (multi-agent systems, automation pipelines)
* Own features end-to-end: from idea → architecture → deployment → iteration
* Help scale early-stage prototypes into production-ready systems
* Act as a technical problem solver across domains (infra, product, AI, data)
What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements
* Strong full-stack engineering skills
* Frontend: React / Next.js (or similar)
* Backend: Node.js / TypeScript (preferred), or equivalent
* Experience with modern cloud platforms
* (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS, GCP, serverless, edge compute)
* Hands-on experience with:
* OpenAI APIs
* LLM-based applications
* Prompting / orchestration / evaluation
* Understanding of AI agents or workflow automation systems
* Ability to debug anything across the stack
Strong Plus
* Experience with:
* Agent frameworks (multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows)
* Vector databases / embeddings
* Real-time systems or event-driven architectures
* Edge platforms (Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, etc.)
* Familiarity with modern dev workflows:
* GitHub-based development
* CI/CD pipelines
* Automated testing with AI-assisted coding tools
