In this high impact role, you will work on challenging, growth focused projects while partnering with stakeholders across the company.- As Global Process Owner for Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive you will be fully responsible to design and implement the Short- and Long-Term Programs.- Ensure a smooth execution of the Rewards processes in Workday and additional management tools including Vendor Management- Partner with Management, Business and HR BP to provide strategic and tactical compensation analysis based on latest market practice.- Create and Training Material for Employees and Management and HR community- Create close relationships with the general HR and Finance community.- Support a cluster of countries in Europe about local Compensation and Benefit activities: structure evaluation, job leveling, benefits, salary proposals, etc.- Support the Head of Compensation and Benefits to design the strategic Rewards and Retention programs and communicate to Top management and CEO.- Create communication and training material and responsible to communicate to all the Siemens Gamesa community about the Global Rewards processes.- Advices management and employees in all questions related to C&B.-; Maintains fairness and effectiveness of reward programs for assigned employee groups.- Responds to inquiries from the various units.- Plans and supervises reward projects, i.E. in case of mergers, acquisitions or integrations.- Performs market benchmark reports and other C&B; related analysis and provides to management.- Initiates necessary adjustments of processes in specialist departments.- May develop or propose global, regional or local ensure C&B; regulations are in line with respective guidelines and regional or local law.- Executes a consistent position evaluation based on respective structure for all relevant positions for (an) assigned organization(s).- May reconcile payroll accounts.- May have functional leadership role responsibility for a team or project team.What you need to make a difference- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to details, team management and highly proactive.- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines.In return of your commitment we offer you- Become a part of our mission for sustainability: Clean energy for generations to come- A global team of diverse colleagues who share passion for renewable energy- Trust and empowerment to make your own ideas reality- Personal and professional development to grow internally within our organization- Flexible working hours as well as home-office- Attractive remuneration package- Local benefits such as subsided lunch, employee discounts and much moreEmpowering our peopleHow do you imagine the future?Our global team is on the front line of tackling the climate crisis, reducing carbon emissions - the greatest challenge we face.Severely disabled applicants are encouraged to reach out to us.
