We are currently looking for an experienced Head Receptionist to join our new opening in Ibiza. This is a seasonal position.
About the Role
As Head Receptionist, you will lead the Reception team and be the face of COYA, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience from first contact to farewell. You will oversee daily Reception operations, manage reservations effectively, and maintain exceptional service standards while maximising covers and guest satisfaction. Working closely with Operations and Reception Manager, you will lead by example on the floor, mentor your team, and consistently reflect the COYA brand in every interaction.
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Receptionist in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training and motivating teams
- Excellent guest-facing presence with the ability to build rapport with VIPs and regular guests
- Strong knowledge of reservations systems and running the book to maximise covers and revenue
- Calm, professional and confident under pressure
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- High level of written and spoken English & Spanish (additional languages are an advantage)
- Impeccable personal presentation and brand awareness
