HUGO BOSS is looking for a Senior Sales Associate
to join one of our boutiques located in Nevada Shopping Center, Avenida de las Palmeras nº 75, Granada.
Conditions:
- 30 hours per week, full-time position.
- 5 working days per week, 6 hours per day.
- 2 rest days, including Sundays and one additional day during the week.
- Monthly rotating shifts, either morning or afternoon.
- Immediate start.
Profile We Are Looking For:
- Senior Sales Associate with 5 years of experience in the retail sector.
- Specialist in boutique sales within the retail sector, with knowledge of suit sales and/or sportswear.
- A well-established sales professional, a brand ambassador who personalizes their client interactions.
- Positive attitude, good behavior, and proactive mindset.
- High level of English; a test will be conducted (B2 Upper-Intermediate or C1 Advanced).
- Additional languages are highly valued.

What you can expect:
- Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every sales opportunity.
- Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets, as well as improve KPI indicators.
- Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions.
Be able to address inquiries about the price, location, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
- Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are handled efficiently and promptly.
- Optimize sales through product knowledge, leveraging the best advantages to recommend and draw customers' attention to products, with the goal of maximizing sales opportunities.
- Take every opportunity to capture customer data to expand the HUGO BOSS database and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in Retail Sales within a fashion brand (5 years).
- Demonstrable experience in the boutique sector, working with premium or luxury brands.
- Ability to adapt to change and a resilient personality.
- Excellent personal appearance.
- Ability to multitask and successfully complete tasks.
- Professionalism and seriousness, with a strong work ethic and dedication.
- Proficiency in English; high level, upper-intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1).
- Additional languages will be highly valued.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
