In Spain we are a
Global Service Desk. We tailor IT related knowledge and services, and assist every employee and business partners of our customers as an individual, by finding practical solutions to their IT problems.
Our TRG team is looking for a Junior Network Engineer in Vitoria-Gasteiz:
Responsabilities:
Design, implement and configure HP networks (LAN, WLAN, VPN);
Administer HP equipment
Troubleshoot any cabling or wireless issues
Design, implement and configure perimeter security solutions
Manage Firewalls (Juniper and Fortinet) and proxies
Administer IPSs (Tipping-Point), content filtering tools, SIM tools, DNS/ DHCP/Radius, certificates, network management and documentation tools
Evaluate safety audits
Monitor the networks and systems
Undertake preventative maintenance and continuous improvement
Execute agreed disaster recovery plans
Experience: at least 1 year.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Driving licence is required for the position.
ITIL Foundations.
NSE3 and HP Aruba knowledge is an advantage.

Details of the vacancy:
Permanent Contract
Fully presential, 40h/week
Monday to Friday coverage (a shift pattern from 06:00 – 23:00), plus if activated Saturdays from 06:00 – 14:00 and/or scheduled/unplanned interventions.
Ticket restaurant of 1100€ gross/year (Cobee) after 3 months and Private Health Insurance after 6 months.
Free online language classes (GER, FRE, SPA & ENG)
Access to an online platform with access to over 1,000 technical courses and preparation programmes for certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, CCNA, PRINCE2, ORACLE, TOGAF, and many more
