We are currently looking for a Product Development Trainee to join our Global Innovation team and support key cross‑functional initiatives related to product development, regulatory documentation, and integral training materials.
As a Product Development Trainee, you will support global innovation initiatives by contributing to the organization, migration, and management of technical and regulatory product documentation, as well as the development of global training materials for key brands. This role combines a strong scientific and technical foundation with a growing focus on digital tools, learning platforms, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work closely with Innovation, Regulatory, Quality, and Talent Development teams, helping to improve both product data structure and the global training experience across affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Support the creation and maintenance of technical and regulatory databases to facilitate the migration of documentation, contributing to improved data structure and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with Innovation and Regulatory teams to ensure accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date technical information.
- Feed and maintain Uriversity, our global learning platform, by uploading training materials related to global brands (such as Fisiocrem, Aquilea, etc.), including product launch content and scientific documentation.
- Translate training and product materials into English using digital tools and ensure content is accessible and consistent across all affiliates.
- Contribute to the upgrade of the global training experience by participating in the creation of more engaging learning formats (e.G. scripted content, visual materials, video recordings of technical experts explaining products).
- Edit and manage training videos and digital learning assets using appropriate digital tools and AI‑based solutions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Innovation, Quality, and Talent Development teams on ongoing projects related to product knowledge and training.

Requirements: You'll excel if you have...
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical field such as Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
- A structured, methodical, and detail‑oriented mindset, especially for database creation and technical documentation.
- Strong interest in product development, innovation, and regulatory environments within the healthcare or wellness sector.
- Ability and motivation to communicate scientific or technical information in a clear and engaging way, with an interest in training and knowledge sharing.
- Experience with Excel or similar tools for database management and data organization.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Interest in digital tools, audiovisual content creation, and AI‑based solutions for learning and training.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a cross‑functional, international environment.
