About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the team and help them build scalable, real-time systems that power the platform. This is a great opportunity to work on advanced distributed systems, tackle low-latency problems, and contribute directly to the architecture of a product that will redefine an entire industry.
- Design and implementscalable architectures capable of handlinglarge volumes of data andhigh user concurrency.
- Optimize system performance to ensurereal-time responsiveness for critical features.
- Solve complex problems related todistributed systems, such as managingKafka partitions ,WebSocket connections, andasynchronous event processing.
- Build robust infrastructure to support innovative AI-driven functionalities while maintaining reliability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as aSenior Backend Engineer, with expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and real-time processing.
- Deep understanding of backend technologies such asPython ,Kafka ,WebSockets, and similar tools.
- Strong knowledge ofconcurrency ,asynchronous programming, andlow-latency system design.
- Experience working onlarge-scale systems, preferably in industries like video streaming, real-time communications, or SaaS platforms.
- Aproblem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling innovative and complex technical challenges.
- While not mandatory, familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a plus.
