**ABOUT THE JOB**
- You will create, deliver and supervise a fun & exciting age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 & Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
- Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
- Lead a national or international team in a fun, safe environment by coaching, guiding, and managing team performance in addition to celebrating success using weekly guest feedback.
- You also ensure that health and safety standards are always maintained to the highest standards, as set out in the childcare handbook.
- And finally, you will support your TUI colleagues by answering parents/guardians’ questions and solving problems.
**ABOUT YOU**
- You enjoy working with children and have experience. A childcare qualification is helpful, but not required
- You are a fun outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions.
- Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care.
- You have experience in supporting or supervising colleagues, and can communicate confidently with international colleagues, children & parents/guardians.
- Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and adaptable individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel, Teams, Word and Outlook to support communication and administration
- You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions.
- You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful and you are willing to work as part of an international team.
