Huspy is a rapidly expanding international proptech company that is transforming the real estate sector through technology and a killer value proposition for agents. We are looking for Sales Account Executives with a headhunter mindset to continue expanding our network of real estate agents in our offices across Marbella, Valencia, and Barcelone .
What you will do:
- Attract and recruit real estate agents through active prospecting (outbound and inbound), networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: initial contact, interviews, presenting the value proposition, negotiation, and closing.
- Execute agent onboarding , ensuring a seamless integration into the business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with recruited agents to boost their activity and performance.
- Manage and prioritize your commercial pipeline autonomously.
- Log and update all activity in the CRM.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and commercial results.
What we are looking for:
- +4 years of experience in sales, commercial talent acquisition, headhunting, or business development.
- Proven experience managing recruitment or sales cycles autonomously.
- High resilience and strong goal orientation.
- Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with clear metrics and KPIs.
Bonus points if you have...
- Previous experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace environments.
- A track record of recruiting commercial profiles or agents.
- Deep knowledge of the real estate sector.
- Experience working with CRMs and digital tools.
- The ability to pitch improvement ideas for recruitment processes.
