Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking Customer Helpers to deliver VIP service and memorable experiences. We now have opportunities for Customer Helpers Passenger Service Agent Supervisors (CH PSA Supervisor) to join the Overseas Ground Operations Team in Reus.
Responsibilities
* Report to the Customer Helper Duty Manager and supervise the day-to-day operation and team performance.
* Provide inspirational leadership, develop others, and lead and support the team to deliver high performance while adhering to safety regulations.
* Be an ambassador of our safety-first culture and drive the culture through every aspect of the team's work.
What we’re looking for / Qualifications
* Proven track record of leading and motivating others in a management or supervisory role with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Genuine passion for delivering VIP customer service; previous experience in the airline or travel industry is ideal but not essential.
* Fluent in English with a good level of Spanish; preferably a full driving license and own vehicle; right to work in the location.
