We are looking for more than just a Business Analyst — we are looking for a Lead Consultant in the field of IT and Life Insurance.
This is a key role for someone with hands-on experience in implementing policy administration systems in Life Insurance companies — someone who knows the business, understands the technology, and is aware of the challenges such projects entail. You will be comfortable managing client relationships and taking the lead, at least from a functional and solution design perspective, becoming our local expert in our solutions.
If you enjoy diving deep into business processes, leading solution design, and bridging the gap between client needs and tech delivery, you will thrive in our collaborative, multi-disciplinary delivery team.
As a member of our team you will:
* Analyse and understand life insurance business requirements and transform them into functional specifications.
* Work closely with product teams to define user stories and ensure the delivery aligns with business goals.
* Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify needs and propose effective, business-driven solutions.
* Serve as the trusted link between clients and developers, ensuring communication is clear, requirements are well documented, and expectations are aligned.
* Stay close to the project and, ideally, the client (preferably located in Zaragoza or nearby).
What we expect from you:
* Proven senior-level experience in IT consulting and in implementing policy administration systems for Life Insurance companies.
* Strong understanding of the Life Insurance business domain, technology landscape, and the specific challenges of large-scale transformation projects.
* Solid track record of managing client relationships and leading solution design processes.
* Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
* Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
* Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in cross-functional environments.
* Fluent English is a must.
* Based in Zaragoza or surrounding areas is ideal.
