As a Project Manager, your main functions / tasks will be :
* Monitoring project planning and its revisions.
* Ensuring compliance with key dates and milestones, and following up on activity advancement processes.
* Coordinating the different involved parts / disciplines (departments, subcontractors, customer) for management of resources and materials.
* Analyzing and managing risks and valued opportunities.
* Ensuring project scope is achieved across all dimensions.
* Leading and coordinating the on-site team to meet the project scope.
* Ensuring each discipline oversees their respective subcontractors regarding supply, timelines, and quality.
* Providing on-site support to key deployment figures :
Site Manager, Integration Manager, and Commissioning Engineer.
* Maintaining proper customer communication across on-site disciplines.
* Understanding customer needs and expectations to build trust.
* Seeking new opportunities to improve results.
Experience and skills :
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for experience in a B2B environment.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing industrial installation projects or implementing industrial projects.
* Natural leadership with excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Dynamic problem solver with drive and determination to deliver challenging projects.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing and understanding customer processes and creating conceptual solutions.
* Strong communication skills and a creative approach to building professional client relationships.
* Ability to work within an international project environment.
* Strong proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level), both verbal and written;
additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel to site locations.
