As part of the Supply Chain team, you will play a pivotal role in the Order Entry and all the projects to enhance it. You will be collaborating closely with external clients, as well as internal teams in a continuous research to provide excellent and renewed customer service.

Responsibilities
* Contributing to shape the future of both order management and order experience via leveraging and exploring new technologies (i.e., RPA, AI, M2M, etc).
* Driving and promoting an existing dynamic electronic service so that customers are able to track their orders live and at any time.
* Boosting EDI system, webshops, and other automated systems.
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, being resourceful and coordinating with other departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders.
* Contributing actively in strategic transversal projects.
* Collaborating in radically simplifying the current processes.
* Taking ownership of new projects and acting as subject matter expert.
* Getting involved in parallel projects and ensuring the streamlining of the order management process.
* Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Who you are
* A bold person able to demonstrate reliable experience in 'customer service' and 'order management' with SAP or other systems.
* Great listening and communication skills coupled with great phone etiquette, motivated by phone attendance.
* Lead and manage logistic claims achieving improvement.
* Excellent customer orientation and service mindset and a seamless team player.
* Work with autonomy, interest, and flexibility, being accountable on projects beyond the everyday work.
* Willingness to learn and collaborate in challenging projects further than regular order processing.
* Someone with potential able to operate courageously in both a big company and an uncertain environment. Fluent in English.
* Great stakeholder management skills, able to influence and drive new initiatives.
