Optometrist – Commercial & Clinical Support (IOLs)

Location: Remote, EU
Voptica is looking for an optometrist with a strong commercial orientation and experience in IOLs or premium ophthalmic devices to support the growth of our intraocular lens portfolio.
Key responsibilities
* Support commercial activities with surgeons, optometrists, and distributors
* Deliver clinical and product trainings (IOLs, calculations, positioning)
* Provide pre- and post-op clinical support and IOL calculations
* Participate in congresses, customer meetings, and market development activities
* Act as a bridge between clinical knowledge and commercial strategy
Profile
* Degree in Optometry (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a commercial role in IOLs, refractive or surgical ophthalmology devices
* Proactive attitude as a fundamental soft skill.
* Commercial mindset with customer-facing experience
* Fluent English
* Willingness to travel
