About The Role
As a Principal IT Project Lead in the Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB) you will change the way the business uses IT-related applications. You will manage IT-related aspects for the WPB team, work through challenges and drive towards solutions, and get your ideas and findings out to the broader team
You will report to the Manager of Strategic Projects. This role can be based in either Cranberry Township, PA, or New Stanton, PA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI technologies to optimize business processes, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
Manage the design, development, and maintenance of internal and external websites, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with content owners, designers, and developers to deliver user-friendly, secure, and accessible web solutions.
Working with internal teams, provide guidance and support for SAP development within the business unit, including order entry, procurement, inventory, and material master management.
Support data platform development using Databricks and PowerBI tools
Use agile project management principles to drive project development
Understand Westinghouse Parts Business product scope and customer base to provide valuable insights
Provide quality testing support for new IT-related tools
Other tasks and projects as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline
8+ years of experience in IT project execution in a regulated industry (nuclear, energy, utilities).
Experience with AI tools.
Experience with website and B2B marketplace platforms.
Experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800.00 to $146,000.00 per year.
