We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented professional to provide executive and administrative support to senior management and contribute to the efficient day-to-day functioning of the GCAT project. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide general administrative and project support for institutional and collaborative projects.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, basic requirements, and internal procedures.
- Support the preparation and organization of project documentation, reports, and funding-related materials.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and committee activities, including agenda preparation and logistics support.
- Support communication between internal teams and external partners as needed for project activities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to facilitate project implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE - Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related disciplines.
- Experience in executive support, office administration or organisational support roles.
- Experience in organising meetings, events and institutional activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Catalan and English.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proactive attitude, discretion and service-oriented mindset.
WHAT WE OFFER - Full-time contract (1628h/year) - Indefinite contract (Science Law 17/2022) Contracte indefinit per activitats científico-tècniques.

- Gross annual remuneration fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.
