NOVA Client | YC-backed AI SaaS Startup
Location: Remote from the EU | Relocation to New York available
Contract type: Full-time | Equity + Visa sponsorship
At NOVA, we are managing a key position for one of our clients: a Y Combinator–backed AI startup based in New York that is transforming how SaaS companies deliver product demos.
Their product enables instant, hyper-personalized demos in any language—without the need for a human sales rep. The AI agent learns how any software works, joins live video calls with prospects, and, through a real browser, navigates, explains, and interacts with the product in real time .

The Role We’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer —a technically exceptional candidate with outstanding academic background, experience in top-tier companies, and a passion for building product from scratch.
You will work closely with the founding team (previously at MIT, IBM Research, BCG Gamma, and AI startups), with full ownership over your work and direct impact on the product and company.
