**What you'll do**
As a Sales Development Intern, your primary role is to:
- Support the team in building a robust pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales organization within SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.
- Be the connecting link between sales and marketing departments, helping develop both inbound and outbound leads, profiling accounts before pitching this information to our field sales colleagues.
- Build pipeline by setting qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives.
- Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
- Meet daily activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
**What you bring**
We are looking for an Intern who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and has an innate curiosity. Someone who:
- Enjoys working on meaningful projects and is energized by lifelong learning.
- Is articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven.
- Has strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
- Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Has an excellent Business English and at least one of the following languages:
Portuguese
Swedish/Danish
Dutch/Flemish
German
Any other European language
