Infopro Digital Group is recruiting an HR Manager for Spain based in Barcelona to support the development of two subsidiaries consisting of 65 employees: ETAI Ibérica and Isi Condal.
ETAI Ibérica: Group's subsidiary for Spain and Portugal since 1979, a well-established company in the automotive aftermarket sector in Spain that serves more than 20,000 customers, including workshops, distributors, dealers, manufacturers, workshop networks or purchasing centers, as well as foreign manufacturers and multinationals.
Isi Condal: Developing specialized software for managing automotive spare parts since 1993, with programs that adapt to specific needs.
Responsibilities
* You implement the HR policy of the group in line with the group's global strategy.
* You are responsible and accountable for all aspects of HR in your area (Spain).
* You are the contact person for managers and employees in your area and participate in the deployment of HR projects.
* You will report directly to the Regional HR Director.
Key tasks
* To advise managers on all HR issues.
* Recruitment management.
* Management of personnel administration (including the establishment of employment contracts, addenda, monitoring of absences).
* Establishing and monitoring the training plan.
* Coordinating the payroll.
* The establishment and implementation of HR policies.
* Ensuring that HR actions comply with legislation.
* To participate and manage the relationship with works councils.

Qualifications
* You have experience as a generalist in the HR function.
* You have a good knowledge of labor law.
* You are rigorous and methodical.
* You are result oriented.
* You can communicate in Spanish and in English. French would be a plus.
