We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Business Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless system integration and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong background in gathering and refining requirements, API design, data model mapping, and system integration, as well as experience with databases and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in system integration projects.Strong understanding of API design, data model mapping, and system integration principles.Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.G., Bruno, Swagger) and Web services (JSON).Proficiency in databases, including DB2 SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.G., JIRA, Confluence).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation and artifacts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably SCRUM.
Main Duties:Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Produce necessary artifacts during requirement refinement, such as user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Manage system integration requirements, ensuring smooth communication and data flow between systems.Work on API design, including defining endpoints, payloads, and integration specifications.Perform data model mapping to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.Conduct API testing to validate functionality and ensure compliance with requirements.Use databases such as DB2 SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data analysis and validation.
