What will you do?
Main Responsibilities
Development and management of BIM models for industrial projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
Creation, coordination, and update of 3D models across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical.
Extraction and generation of drawings, documentation, and quantities directly from BIM models.
Coordination with engineering teams to ensure consistency between design inputs and model development.
Detection and resolution of clashes and interferences using BIM tools, supporting design optimization and constructability.
Implementation and compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and best practices within the project.
Participation in model reviews, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support in the integration of BIM models with planning and construction processes when required.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar) or relevant technical background.
1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling within industrial projects.
Hands‑on experience with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar.
Experience working in multidisciplinary environments, coordinating with different engineering disciplines.
Knowledge of BIM methodologies, standards, and data management processes. xhfqzwm
