About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Sales Department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in technical sales, with a structured career path for growth.
Key Responsibilities :
* Support Area Sales Managers in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
* Build and maintain client interactions, progressing to full portfolio management.
* Prospect new clients and qualify leads.
* Provide product and sales training to distributors.
* Work with Salesforce (CRM) to manage and update customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
* Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related scientific field. High level of English (C1 written and spoken). 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus. Strong interest in sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with senior sales team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and eager to learn.
