EMEA Channel Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer queries.

Responsibilities

- Sales Support:
- Help the sales team to improve productivity by managing administrative tasks between them and customers.
- Handle orders by phone, e‑mail, or mail, ensuring correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and on time.
- Provide assistance for customer orders, account status, and relevant problems, informing clients of unforeseen delays or issues.
- Provide information and guides to help the sales team.
- Perform other ad‑hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirements.

- Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills:

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment in sales activities.
- Communicate openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build trust.

Profile

- CFGS/Degree Administration or similar.
- 3+ years as a Sales Support Specialist or Associate.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Advanced English speaking ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Teamwork and motivational abilities.
- Multi‑cultural experience.
