We are continuing our search for talented part-time lecturers to teach in business-related disciplines in our Barcelona Campus. If you have relevant working experience and interest in the academic world, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, face-to-face instruction in assigned business courses
* Design, review, and update lesson plans aligned with program learning outcomes
* Teach in accordance with an approved curriculum and institutional standards
* Assess student performance using transparent and measurable evaluation criteria
* Maintain accurate academic records in the Learning Management System
Qualifications & Experience
* High level of written and spoken English (all instruction is delivered 100% in English)
* Official Master's Degree (required)
* Academic background relevant to the subject area (preferred)
* Previous university-level teaching experience (highly desirable)
* Demonstrated ability to design and manage lesson plans and deliver curriculum-based instruction with measurable learning outcomes
* Strong classroom and group management skills
* Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications (plus)
