**Your Role**
You will oversee the packaging process for our fruits and vegetables, ensuring correct confectioning in a timely manner, maintaining quality, and controlling costs. This involves guaranteeing the availability of our packaging at production sites and suppliers.
Our packaging strategy is designed to support each product, and you will contribute to improving future processes and planning through campaign closures.
This role requires someone who is passionate about coordinating and managing packaging supply for different products. You should be hands-on, agile, and proactive.
**Responsibilities**
1. Develop packaging elements based on established processes and tender results, applying learnings from campaign closures to plan future campaigns.
2. Liaise between suppliers, material manufacturers, and the Product Manager regarding packaging elements.
3. Collaborate with the PM team to resolve issues and support the planner in selecting packaging suppliers.
4. Determine packaging specifications and suppliers, coordinating with the PM.
5. Plan volumes, and oversee purchasing of special items.
6. Communicate changes and updates to packaging and fruit suppliers.
7. Track orders, manage financial stock keeping, and handle invoicing of special items.
8. Identify causes of complaints, conduct tests, and propose improvements.
9. Ensure the safety and quality of the product throughout all tasks.

**Requirements**
**Skills & Knowledge**
* Studies in Economics, International Business, or a related field.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages such as German, French, or Italian are a plus.
* 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
* Knowledge of invoicing and finance processes is advantageous.
* Well-organized with excellent communication skills.
* Team player with adaptability to unforeseen changes.
