We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to support high-value clients particularly in retail, travel, and other large-scale industries.
In this role, you will work closely with established businesses to develop strategic, long-term advertising solutions that drive measurable growth.
About The Role
This position focuses on consultative account management rather than high-volume sales.
Your clients are mature advertisers with significant budgets, expecting expert guidance and advanced marketing support.
Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize Google Ads strategies for large German-speaking clients
* Deliver data-driven recommendations and long-term growth plans
* Build deep, trusted partnerships with marketing leaders
* Provide strategic consultancy across campaign structure, bidding, targeting, and creative direction
* Align advertising strategies with client business goals
* Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up sessions
* Act as a subject‑matter expert for advanced Google Ads features and marketing concepts
Requirements
* BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related area or equivalent professional experience
* C2 German + strong English communication skills
* 1‑2+ years in sales, digital advertising, or account management
* Strong expertise in Google Ads, ideally with enterprise-level clients
* Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and campaign optimization
* Mid/Senior‑level profile comfortable advising decision‑makers
* Proven ability to develop long‑term client relationships
* Strong communication, analytical thinking, and consultative skills
