Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and shape demand for all SKUs and regional networks, combining statistical baselines with market inputs to unify a single forecast. You will collaborate with commercial teams to incorporate promotions and local trends, ensuring forecasts support cost and service targets. You will drive mid-term capacity planning and lead cross-functional review meetings to align on one forecast. This is a data-driven, fast-paced environment where your analysis and stakeholder management shape supply decisions and business outcomes.Compensaciones / Incentivos- Build baseline forecasts from cleansed historical data using statistical models- Incorporate promotions and local trends into the forecast- Provide methodology and support to estimate promotion impacts- Review forecasts to meet cost and service level targets for supply planning- Generate mid-term forecasts for production capacity and warehousing/transport planning- Lead Regional Demand Review committee and achieve consensus on a single forecast- Participate in Regional S&OP; meetings- Analyze drivers of forecast bias and implement corrective actions- Contribute to scenario planning and apply machine learning where appropriateResponsabilidades- Experience in FMCG environment (valued)- Experience in PowerBI and SAP IBP (valued)- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or Finance- Fluent English- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Data management and mathematical/statistical abilities- Comfort with fast-paced, complex environments- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills- Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure- Attention to detail and agilityRequisitos principales-
