Client & Role OverviewOur client is a southern-European leader in the student living and versátil accommodation sector, with 20 operating assets, more than 8.000 in operation and another 2.000 under development. The business aims to expand its leadership through a focus on client experience, safety and wellbeing, and maximizing revenue and operating margins for shareholders.
Description
Lead and establish the Revenue Management department and oversee pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
Manage rates and inventory across assets to ensure the best pricing policy at all times.
Maximize revenues, market share and profit through market analysis and pricing decisions.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize incomes.
Develop effective pricing strategies across channels for existing and new openings.
Study pick-up and forecast with internal production tables;
create monthly statistics and reports.
Manage Daily Pick up and establish pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments.
Review and approve group quotation feasibility;
conduct market analysisto drive market share and revenue performance.
Prepare regular management reports and ensure adherence to safety and welfare policies.
Oversee inventory management, rates, and availability across allotments, guarantees, and channels.
Participate in various projects and continuously improve revenue management practices.
Profile
5-8 years of experience in a revenue environment with people leadership.
Experience in complex and high-volume rate management.
Experience in Higher Education, FMCG or Student Accommodation sectors is highly preferable.
Fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Highly responsive to business changes with strong attention to detail and results orientation.
Highly organized, methodical, collaborative leader with strong emotional intelligence.
Job Offer
Salary range: 45.000 € to 50.000 € annually.
Decision-making capacity, high visibility, and contribution to a leading company in the sector.
Based in Madrid with regular travel.
