**SUMMARY**:
**The main tasks of the contract client manager (clients who are worked with not on one-time requests, but on the basis of contracts concluded with them) are to interact with contract clients, primarily in terms of purchasing the company's services and ensuring participation in procurement procedures (hereinafter referred to as tenders).**:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Negotiations, accepting orders from clients, issuing price offers,**:

- ** confirming and ensuring the fulfillment of orders;**:

- ** Organization of coordination and signing of contracts with clients, if necessary;**:

- ** Ensuring the Company's access to electronic trading platforms;**:

- ** Monitoring of tenders, including on electronic trading platforms according**:

- ** Informing the company's divisions about upcoming tenders and providing them with tender documentation;**:

- ** Interaction with representatives of the customer and the organizers of tenders;**:

- ** Collection of information and price proposals from department managers, preparation**:

- ** of bids for tenders and submission of bids.**:

- ** General job responsibilities of an employee of the organization**:

- ** Promotes the strengthening and development of business relations with clients**:

- ** Contacts employees of the Moscow office, branches, subsidiaries and clients in order to perform work efficiently and with high quality.**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
