Job Description
We are looking for a person for the Human Resources team with orientation to Personnel Administration and Labor Relations.
This person will join the Personnel Administration area and will assume functions of this area such as the hiring process, payroll circuit (including accounting), terminations, taxes, social insurance, temporary disability management as well as the participation in different Human Resources projects.
Some of the main functions:
1. Carry out the registration and cancellation management process, with the documentary control, files, communications with the administration and time management.
2. Manage Social Security data, management and control of disability process and absenteeism.
3. Participation in the payroll
