We are looking for a highly motivated Software Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales and will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that address complex business needs.
Remote / Full Time Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm
Responsibilities:
* Identify, qualify, and close software deals with a strong focus on the insurance industry to meet established sales quotas.
* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market share.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
* Build a robust pipeline, manage the entire sales cycle, prioritize prospects, accurately forecast sales, and close deals.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
* 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (IT industry).
* English level C1 required.
* Experience in the banking or insurance sector.
* Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems and business processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
* Strong sales process orientation.
* High familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC) is highly valued.
* Experience selling ECM, CCM, or digital process automation solutions is a plus.
